The Birth Equity Consensus Statement outlines a set of core beliefs that individuals and organizations can adopt to guide their work in advancing birth equity. The Mom and Baby Action Network's predecessor, the National Prematurity Collaborative, developed these core beliefs as outlined in this June 2020 Maternal and Child Health Journal article.
